Marketing ‘magic’ helps jewellery firm sparkle

The Birmingham Chamber of Commerce today published an article about our work with Tustains Jewellers in Leamington Spa.
Sales had been static at the 120 year old company for a couple of years and the directors, Joe and Tom Milner wished to increase turnover by introducing new and upmarket brands to appeal to modern, affluent and younger customers. The family business was undergoing a change in management from father to sons, who wanted to grow the business, acquire more upmarket customers yet retain the historical reputation for good customer service.
We set out to create a marketing programme that was affordable and effective to increase sales and change the customer profile. The benefits for Tustains included
Winners of 4 national watch and jewellery awards
Approved by Luxury Brands as new Stockists of Tudor and Breitling watches and Mikimoto pearls
Website shows a 258% increase in traffic, visitors view more pages and stay longer
A pro-active PR strategy in local and national press has established a reputation for quality, service and upmarket brands in the store
Average spend per customer increased by 20%
